Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They told me I needed all sorts of things that need to be done to my car. They added an extra $30 charge that I did NOT approve and they wouldn’t accept any of my coupons telling me that they won’t work for an oil change which doesn’t make any sense because it’s an oil change company. This is the second time they did this to me so I will NOT be going back!

Everyone friendly, and very helpful. They answered my questions. Were very patient, and polite. I'm old, so I don't get that much. Most appreciated!

They make it quick and easy. They offer additional services, I was there for an oil change, but there was no pressure to buy additional services.

Crew was friendly and made quick work of it. They did not press me on extra work and kept me informed of what was being done.
